North45 architecture’s most ambitious project to date. Under construction and targeting an early 2026 project completion.

A simple rough sawn cedar and distressed metal clad volume placed above a natural stone base embedded into the edge of a heavily forested ridge line. Includes expansive floor to ceiling sheets of glass, a vegetated green roof, a glass connector bridge which links the residence to the partial embedded garage and featuring a dramatic sixteen-foot cantilever off the edge of the ridgeline, seventy-five feet above the ravine below and overlooking eighty miles of open water beyond.
